Meet Our Founder
Jenny Kay Pollock is an American entrepreneur, advisor, and keynote speaker with over a decade of experience scaling high-growth B2C software startups. She is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of WOMEN x AI (WxAI), a global community amplifying female voices in artificial intelligence. She has handed the mic to more than 200 women in AI, amplifying their voices on global stages and building pathways for visibility and influence. She is also the founder of Luminizing Growth, a fractional CMO consultancy that has helped series A–D companies unlock millions in revenue growth and scale globally.
Jenny serves on the board of How Women Lead, where she has led the Marketing Committee for How Women Invest and served on the Get On Board Committee for three years and advise How Women Invest on marketing. She is also an angel investor with Gaingels, an LP at Emmeline Ventures, and an advisor to values aligned female founded startups.
Jenny specializes in AI adoption strategy, board governance readiness, growth marketing, and digital transformation. Her thought leadership has been published in Forbes, Authority Magazine, HackerNoon, and Ellevate, and she has spoken at App Promotion Summit, Mobile Apps Unlimited, Get On Board Week, and global forums on AI and leadership.
Jenny has been recognized as an Inspirational Women Leader of Tech by Authority Magazine (2023), a Top Mentor by AnitaB.org, and a finalist for “DEI Champion of the Year” in the Women in AI North America Awards (2025).
Jenny holds an M.A. in Public Relations from Ball State University and a B.A. in Mass Communication from Minnesota State University Mankato. Jenny is a member of the Private Directors Association, and is committed to building a future where women are fully represented in AI, leadership, and the boardroom.

Our Origin Story
Luminizing Growth was born out of a simple truth: building a great product isn’t enough.
After more than a decade leading growth at venture-backed startups, founder Jenny Kay Pollock saw a pattern: teams with strong vision but scattered execution, brilliant ideas but unclear messaging, fast builds but stalled adoption.
So she created Luminizing Growth: a consultancy designed to meet founders where they are, and help them scale what’s next—with strategy, velocity, and style.
